How can I find what I’m looking for?
You just have to enter a keyword in the Search space in the top center of your screen.

How are sales taxes determined?
The sales taxes are determined based on the shipping location, so if you place an order to be shipped in British Colombia, and your billing address is in Quebec, British Colombia sales taxes will be charged on your invoice.

What is your return policy?
Internet Return and Exchange Policies
We are pleased to refund or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition and its original packaging, with the price tags still attached and the original receipt, within 30 days of the purchase.
FINAL SALE applies to all merchandise whose original price has been reduced by 50% or more and to goods purchased under «2 for 1», «Buy 2, Get 1 free» or equivalent promotions. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to refuse any returns or reimbursements of discounted goods not listed above.
Returns will not be accepted on intimate apparel including panties, teddies and swimsuits.
Shipping costs for the returned products are the responsibility of the customer except in the following situations: La Vie en Rose did not deliver the ordered products or delivered damaged or defective products. In these cases La Vie en Rose will pay the shipping costs if products are returned by a transportation company that provides guarantees against loss or damages. Packages must be properly shipped freight-prepaid.
Merchandise purchase online can be returned to: 4275 Metropolitan East, Saint-Léonard (Québec), H1R 1Z4
Merchandise must be returned with the original receipt and the enclosed form, duly completed.
Return sent by mail must be postdated within 30 days of the original date on the receipt. Refunds will be made by the method of payment used. Please allow five business days, from the date the merchandise is returned for refunds.

How do I determine my bra size?
BRA SIZING
Take a snug measurement around the diaphragm under the breasts, and add 4 or 5 inches as indicated in the chart below. Select size from the following chart. |

CUP SIZING
Measure the fullest part of bust holding tape lightly and compare this measurement to your bra size. The difference indicates your cup size. |

You can use your gift card in all La Vie En Rose or Aqua La VIe En Rose stores. Currently we do not accept gift cards online.
