Our journey started back in 1985, when Harry Kanner opened the first la Vie en Rose store in Toronto. Eleven years later, François Roberge (our president) took over the business, leading to the broad success it is today. Our Montréal-based company has since become the #1 destination for lingerie, swimwear, and sleepwear in Canada, and we’re excited to take that next step as we expand our presence across the border! 

We now count nearly 400 stores worldwide with 230 in Canada alone. But we’re not stopping there! Since we began our international expansion in 2004 with our first store opening in Saudi Arabia, we’ve made it to 19 different countries, mostly in North Africa, the Middle East and India. So, it was only a matter of time before la Vie en Rose headed to the United States. In fact, three new stores are set to open there by the end of 2024, and more to come!
