Please read these Terms carefully, as they set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the products available for sale through the Site. By visiting and using our Site and/or purchasing products through our Site, you accept these Terms, our Privacy and Security Policy, and our Cookies Policy without limitation or qualification and agree to be bound by them. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND CORRECTIONS
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on our Site will be available when ordered or thereafter. If Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. cannot deliver any of the products ordered because they are out of stock or no longer available, you will be advised by email or by phone. Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. is not liable for any inconvenience and/or damages attributed to any unavailability of any and all products and/or services.
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. endeavors to provide up-to-date and accurate information on our Site. However, misprints, typos, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products), or other errors may sometimes occur.
Our Site is provided “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults,” and your use of our Site is at your own risk. Boutique la Vie en Rose specifically disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Certain descriptions and measures are approximate and are for convenience purposes only. Reasonable efforts have been made to accurately display the characteristics and features including colour and fits. However the colour may differ from one computer system to the other and we cannot guarantee the colour will be displayed accurately on your computer system.
ORDERS AND PRICING
All orders made on or through our Site are subject to these Terms as well as our Privacy and Security Policy and Cookies Policy.
The price for each product that you order is the price that appears on our Site. Prices do not include shipping charges or any applicable import duties or sales taxes.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the price displayed on our Site, as well as all additional amounts associated with your order as. as specified in the Order Total (the "Purchase Price"). By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to pay Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. the Purchase Price. The quoted Order Total includes any applicable shipping and handling fees, environmental fees, and an estimate of all applicable taxes.
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. has the right to modify at any time the prices of the products shown on our Site, without notice.
The items displayed on the Site are not intended for resale. We reserve the right to refuse sales to any individual whom we believe is purchasing items for resale purposes.
Except as otherwise indicated on our Site, all prices are shown [and will be processed] in United States dollars.
The prices of the products shown on our Site may differ from those in-store at Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. boutiques or other websites owned by Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc.
If an error occurs during an online purchase, you will be notified, and if applicable, an adjustment will be made. For example, a product is no longer available, a taxation error occurred, etc. In the event an item was mispriced, Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. will have the right to reject or cancel the order and provide you with a refund at its sole discretion.
SHIPPING
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. has the right to modify at any time the shipping charges without notice.
Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability, and may be affected by other factors not in the control of Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, acts or war or terror, errors or omissions by third parties, errors or omissions by you, or the decreased availability of transportation services.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Your package will be shipped by the shipping company identified when you place your order (typically UPS).
As soon as the shipping company takes possession of the products, Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. relinquishes all property rights to the buyer.
Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.
We currently offer shipping to street addresses (not P.O. boxes) within the contiguous United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other offshore United States territories and possessions as well as overseas military facilities. We do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. offers refunds on eligible products purchased online, within 30 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced merchandise and within 15 days for merchandise on sale. Sales of body products and items sold to benefit the Roses of Hope Foundation are final, and no returns of such products or items will be accepted. Only products that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached, will be eligible for return and refund. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase and in accordance with our Return Policy. [We strongly recommend you do not remove your undergarments when trying on panties, teddies and swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.]
For products purchased during or in connection with a promotion, please note that the return of such products may cause the promotional terms to no longer be met. In this case, the value of the returned item and any items included in the promotion will be recalculated to match the new terms of sale.
For alternate items, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our site for a new item.
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or requests for refunds for products that are not specified above, including items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way, in accordance with our Return Policy. Items received in such condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be issued, and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and forfeit all claims.
No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless the original product was defective or if the exchange or refund is the result of an error by Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. These Terms and all matters relating to your use of our Site and purchase of products from Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. By using our Site or purchasing products on or through our Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Wayne County, Michigan in connection with any matter arising out of or relating to our Site and such products. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Enforceability. If any one of these Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
